Acting on behalf of Dunelm in a lease advisory role, Gilbert Bath has been able to agree advantageous terms on lease renewals on their stores in Cardiff and Maidstone.

Acting on behalf of Homebase,  we have successfully let the 14,500sqft ex-Comet unit, Millbrook Retail Park, Southampton to B&M.

Dunelm celebrated the opening of their 148th store on Harlow Retail Park, Harlow, Essex.

Contractors are now on site building this replacement store which is an upsize from the adjoining Tesco superstore. The finished unit  will extend to circa 104,500 sqft and is due to open summer 2016.
