Dunelm has entered agreements in respect of stores on Knaves Beech Retail Park High Wycombe, Bromley Road Retail Park Catford, Winchester Road Southampton and Broadfields Retail Park Aylesbury and purchased the freehold interest in a large unit on Bath Road Retail Park, Brislington , Bristol.

We acted for Homebase in respect of an interim rent dispute on their store at Tonbridge following their decision not to renew their lease.  Before the County Court Hearing, Gilbert Bath was able to agree a level of interim rent that was advantageous to our client.

Acting for Argos in respect of a lease renewal on their store at Roaring Meg Retail Park, Stevenage, Gilbert Bath was able to negotiate a new lease at a rent over 30% below the passing rent.
