Gilbert Bath has been appointed by Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc on the disposal of 10 Kiddicare stores.Contracts exchanged on 7 properties, 5 to JDSports for their Ultimate Outdoors format and 2 to Next with expressions of interest in the remainder.
Only one now left at Thurrock. Next took Hayes and Enfield as part of their continued roll out of their full range destination stores. A successful disposals campaign resulting in assignments to high profile retailers for both existing and perhaps more importantly new formats.
